In line with the trend towards inclusive economic growth, high technologies are being developed in the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Project initiatives using advanced technologies allow the countries of the "Islamic World" to build up their own competencies in industries.
The session was devoted to the development of cooperation between Russia and Islamic countries not only in the field of technology exchange and technological solutions, but also in the field of training specialists for joint infrastructure projects in the territory of Islamic countries.
In this regard, the main question that was raised during this session was " How to train personnel for technological development and industrial cooperation?"
During the session, participants reviewed tools and mechanisms for developing highly qualified specialists to meet the needs of the partner countries ' economic sectors. The experience of such countries as Russia, Iran, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan in terms of technological and personnel development tools was exchanged, and the formats for implementing the International Skills and Professions Development Program, which is a tool for creating new products and technologies through improving skills and workplace standards, were presented.
The International Skills and Professions Development Program aims to create sustainable technology and cooperation chains through expanding the network of partner countries, jointly developing new products and technologies, and developing skills for high-tech industries through multilateral and bilateral cooperation.
To date, more than 10 countries participate in the activities of the international Skills and Professions Development Program.
International projects and programs are implemented using the services of the International Digital Platform for the Development of Skills and Professions.
The platform is a digital package of services for professional development and promotion of advanced professions, technologies and skills. The platform will help develop the markets and technologies of partner countries. The use of the platform's services will ensure the introduction of advanced industry development practices and training tools for high-tech professions in the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The new platform will help to establish project exchange between companies and create individual development plans for participants and experts, as well as international competence centers.
Thus, based on the results of the session, a block of proposals was formed from the participating countries on mechanisms for training highly qualified personnel that can provide not only individual point-to-point industry solutions and complex projects, creating a single chain of value added growth, but also ensure an increase in the welfare of the population.
As a result of the session, memoranda were signed between the Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills (Russian Federation), the Center for Training Masters and Conducting Applied Research (Islamic Republic of Iran) and the Office of the Independent Accreditation Agency "BILIM-STANDARD" (Kyrgyz Republic) on joining the International Council for the Implementation of Projects and Initiatives under the International Program for the Development of Skills and professions implemented on the basis of an International Digital Platform.
