On the basis of the International Digital Platform for the Development of Skills and Professions, project sessions were completed with the participation of international experts to discuss and agree on international specifications for skills and technologies.
Sessions were held in the following competencies: "Web technologies", "Mobile application Development", "Flying Robotics", "CAD Engineering Design", "Mobile Robotics", "Graphic Design", "Development of solutions using blockchain technologies", "Information Security", "BIM information Modeling Technologies". The results of the discussion and design are posted on the Digital Platform.
During the sessions, experts developed international specifications of competencies and draft competitive tasks for the Digital Skills Championship, as well as discussed the prospects for technology development in each of the declared competencies. In modern economic realities, this is due to the emergence of new technologies and product lines and, as a result, the creation of new markets and industries, which, in turn, require the formation of new human resources, taking into account new relevant skills.
At the upcoming Digital Skills Championship, such skills and labor functions will be tested for the first time, as well as the best practices in applying new technologies and products will be accumulated, and the base of skills necessary to achieve technological development will be updated. This approach is aimed at the subsequent development and launch of mass training programs for modern specialists.
In addition to forming a competitive task, the sessions became a platform for discussing the development of technologies in a broad sense, using the example of real production practices. For example, one of the most relevant and actively developing technologies is blockchain. This direction is now actively used both in the public sector and in the commercial sector, for example, in banks.
Using the expertise of the Web3 Tech blockchain company as an example, the experts reviewed several practical cases on the Russian market. So, the company has developed a digital platform for the distributed registry of the Federal Tax Service, and the company's blockchain platform is also used for remote electronic voting in a number of Russian regions. In the commercial sector, the company's technologies are used in the digital financial assets platform of banks.
All specifications posted in the program bank will contain production practices that allow you to evaluate the capabilities and application of technologies and competencies in industries.
