LEADING COMPANIES WILL DEVELOP REFERENCE STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONS FOR SPECIALISTS IN HIGH-TECH INDUSTRIES ON AN INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM

On September 20, within the framework of the DigitalSkills 2023 championship, the Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills and Web3 Tech, a leading developer in the field of blockchain technologies and products in Russia, announced cooperation in the design, development, testing and implementation of advanced professions and skills for the development of high-tech industries and critical technologies.

The joint work is aimed at general professional development and growth of the number of specialists in distributed ledger technology in countries and, in particular, should address the global shortage of professionals in the field of blockchain technologies, as well as the standardization of professional skills in the young IT direction.

The main vector of activity will be aimed at harmonizing industry, national and international standards of professions, technologies and skills related to blockchain competencies. This will form the basis for joint steps to independently evaluate and recognize the skills of specialists in accordance with the requirements of employers.

Within the framework of international cooperation, it is planned to create a professional community on blockchain competencies and their standardization, as well as develop training programs for training personnel in new skills and technologies.

In addition, it is planned to conduct joint market research to identify promising technologies, new professions and skills. Based on the results of the research, educational products and digital tools will be created for the professional development of specialists in the field of distributed ledger technology.

Digital support for the development and implementation of new professions and technologies will be implemented using the International Skills and Professions Development Platform. The Platform's services will create conditions for the formation of high-tech industries, the development of critical and end-to-end technologies in order to achieve technological independence of countries. The use of the Platform's services will ensure the introduction of advanced industry development practices and training tools for high-tech professions in countries.

MEROPRITIYA BRICS FUTURE SKILLS CHALLENGE FROM 2024 WILL BE HELD WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE SERVICES OF THE INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM

Experts from the BRICS countries highly appreciated the services of the International Platform based on the results of the past events of the DigitalSkills 2023 championship.  

On September 23, on the sidelines of the DigitalSkills 2023 Championship, the leaders of the BRICS Business Council's Skills and Technology Development working group agreed to develop the following areas of cooperation on the basis of an International Platform.

• Create and develop a regularly updated knowledge base and best practices, including the creation of a regularly updated digital international register of professions, technologies and skills;
• Development of tools for independent assessment of competencies in accordance with the requirements of high-tech industries;
• A benchmark of the level of technological development and the level of training of personnel.

REPRESENTATIVES OF RUSSIA AND KAZAKHSTAN AGREED TO JOINTLY DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TOOLS BASED ON AN INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM

Joint projects of Russia and Kazakhstan aimed at developing and promoting advanced international standards, technologies and skills will be implemented with the support of the International Platform.

It is planned to jointly develop a network of distributed centers for the development of professions and technologies, as well as to form a register of international requirements for skills, jobs and performance of specialists.

Joint activities of the distributed network of competence centers on an international platform will be aimed at creating the best international practices and international expertise, forming and developing international professional communities.
