The Platform has completed an international educational intensive course on best practices for improving labor productivity

As a result of the implementation of a full cycle of international events for the development of professions and skills, leading practices for increasing labor productivity and advancing the development of industries were collected and formed, taking into account international experience and expertise. Internships are available in the Knowledge Base of the International Digital Platform for the Development of Skills and Professions.

In the period from December 13 to December 14, 2023, based on the Platform's services, the following events were held: distance learning intensive with international digital certification "International tools and practices for improving labor productivity for promising and high-tech industries".

Within the framework of the educational intensive, Platform users and participants of the international network were presented with international best practices and tools for improving labor productivity and advancing the development of industries.

Representatives of the IEK Group company offered tools for improving the efficiency of technological processes using digital electrical installation technologies in industry. R-Pro IT experts presented best practices of using digital twins for designing new production facilities and optimizing existing production processes.

Experts and specialists reviewed the experience of using artificial intelligence technologies to optimize workflows and improve the quality of image processing in graphic design, as well as presented the practices of using artificial intelligence in the space industry. Experts in the field of engineering design presented promising skills and technological solutions in the field of CAD applications.

Within the framework of the intensive course, production organizers are offered tools for implementing changes and developing innovative skills in the implementation of development projects at enterprises.

The presented tools and practices will allow companies to reduce costs and improve product quality by increasing labor productivity. According to the results of two days, more than 100 specialists from 55 industrial enterprises and educational institutions took part in the event.
