International Hi-Tech Future Skills Competition – a fusion of innovation and tradition.

Today we will tell you about one of the traditional large-scale events of Skils Development Agency – International Hi-Tech Future Skills Competition.

Сompetition began in 2014 and is held annually in Yekaterinburg. The qualifying stages of the Competition are intra-corporate and industry championships held by the largest companies in the country. During the qualifying intra-corporate championships, more than 20,000 people from 570 enterprises took part, including Rostec State Corporation, Rosatom State Corporation, Roscosmos State Corporation, SIBUR LLC, Russian Railways OJSC, Rosseti PJSC, EVRAZ LLC, Rosneft Oil Company PJSC, USC JSC, Rostelecom PJSC and other corporations and companies in the country.

From 2014 to 2024, the total number of skills and participants in the Competition increased by 3.5 times. Also, over the years of the Competition, competitors from more than 20 countries, such as India, China, Iran, South Africa, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Belarus and others, took part in the competition.

During the implementation of corporate championships, more than 70 industry skills were developed together with companies, aimed at solving their internal corporate tasks for personnel development.

This year, the XII Competition will take place with an updated program that will promote the development of human resources and interaction between industrial enterprises in the country.
