Промышленный Совет утвердил программу Международного Чемпионата высокотехнологичных профессий «Хайтек: навыки будущего»

The Industrial Council of the International Hi-Tech Future Skills Competition held a meeting, at which key parameters for holding the International Hi-Tech Future Skills Competition Final in November 2025 were approved.

Competition program and quotas

Council members reviewed and endorsed a list of 41 skills in which competitors will compete. Of these, 23 are core, while 18 additional facilities will be developed and equipped with support from leading industrial organizations. Ultimately, 358 workplaces will be created for the competition for over 1,000 competitors.

В 2025 году впервые будет опробован демонстрационный формат участия, предназначенный для вовлечения новых предприятий. В пилотном режиме в нем примут участие 6 организаций по 4 компетенциям.

System of credits and bonuses

The Council agreed to the regulations regarding the three main competition categories. In the national and international categories, winners and runners-up will receive digital diplomas and medals. Competitors achieving the highest results in the overall competition will be awarded digital certificates and badges confirming their level of professionalism.

In addition, three special awards have been agreed upon by the Industrial Development Fund (IDF), the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), and the Agency for Technological Development (ATD) to reward the most outstanding competitors and projects.

Conference program

A key component will be the conference program, which will take place during the Competition, from November 10th to 14th. Its work will be structured around several key areas: the "Youth Track," the "Partnership Track," the "International Track," and the "Corporate Track."

Special attention will be given to pilot projects, such as the development and testing of unmanned aerial vehicles for agriculture, logistics, and energy. International delegations are expected to participate in the program's events.

In parallel with the competition, Yekaterinburg will host the International Youth Science and Technology Creativity Festival, aimed at schoolchildren and young people under 20. Festival participants will solve current production challenges posed by industrial enterprises. Engineering and invention workshops will be available for attendees.

The final round of the International Hi-Tech Future Skills Competition will be held from November 10 to 14, 2025, in Yekaterinburg at the Yekaterinburg-Expo International Exhibition Center (2 pavilions) and the Ural Polytechnic College – Interregional Competence Center (at the University Technopark).
