During the sessions will be presented the world's best practices in the development of technologies and skills in promising skillss. A plan for international skills development activities in 2024 will be formed. During the sessions, international specifications of skills and technologies will be considered, taking into account the best international practices and employers ' requirements for personnel qualifications, and mechanisms for practical assessment of the skills of skill specialists will be proposed.

The proposed international specifications will serve as a basis for the development of competitive documentation and organization of the BRICS Future Skills Challenge 2024, which will be held from April to October 2024 in on-site and distributed format, with the participation of BRICS+ countries representatives.

Session participants: representatives of corporations, technology companies, educational institutions, manufacturers of technology and software products of international level

* On the International Platform for the Development of Skills and Professions, on the application of the international specification of competencies.

* Discuss priorities and approaches to competence development.

* Plan of international competitive and educational events on skills in 2024

* Discussion of proposals for the development and implementation of educational programs (Skills Camp) and evaluation activities (draft competitive task) in the framework of 2024

Interaction formats within sessions:

1 format: group discussion by topic; presentation of final opinions.

2 format: individual expert positions on the topic of the session.

Based on the results of the sessions, a protocol and a certificate of participation in the event are formed.
