Development of a comprehensive analysis methodology applicable to other countries as well, for evaluating end-to-end technologies, promising technological specializations, and personnel demand for specialists in the field of development, production, and operation of unmanned aircraft systems.

Within the framework of the seminar, it is planned to discuss models and metrics that allow us to compare the level of development of a country's competence in a particular technological field. Metrics are planned to be applied to the analysis of competencies in end – to-end technologies (AI, hydrogen energy, digital twins, engine building, etc.). The context for developing the methodology is the development of international cooperation in the BRICS format and other formats. Understanding the strengths of different countries allows us to identify mutual interests in terms of joint programs of educational, scientific and technological cooperation in order to exchange competencies and complement each other.
