The project aims to develop short educational programs in information and communication technology and digital skills for various age groups of citizens in the ASEAN region.
International-level educational programs, developed by the world's leading experts, will help to improve the quality of graduates' skills and ensure the efficient employment of ASEAN citizens. This is particularly significant for regions experiencing high levels of both internal and external mobility.

ASEAN Member State Trainers (teachers, experts and mentors) delivering Digital Skills Training Programs
- Common digital learning environment with cases from different countries
- Recordings of lectures and practical online classes
- The modular principle in the structure of programs – the ability to expand the program depending on the specifics of the country
- Support of trainers at all stages:
- training of teachers, experts and tutors;
- provision of training programs;
- assistance in the curriculum development;
- certification of trainers;
- internships for students and masters, etc.
- Cascading innovation – the trainer uses the program for students in colleges, universities, and later they use it in their workplaces
- Participants complete the task by joining online from distributed venues.
- Participants' workstations are set up and equipped in accordance with Project Documentation.
- Test projects are evaluated remotely using digital tools.
Based on successful completion of the educational program, participants will be awarded international certificates

Internship participants will be given remote access to world-class advanced digital testing facilities that enable remote control of training devices, execution of production tasks, and testing of new technologies.
Cases of the implementation of cutting-edge technological solutions in select skills areas will be presented.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience new technologies and apply them in real-world production scenarios.

Key stakeholders from industry, academia, and policymakers will discuss the significance of advanced digital skills and their contribution to the future of ASEAN Member States as a digital hub.
Within the framework of the Summit, the results of the project will be summarized and recommendations for the development of skills development systems in ASEAN Member States will be presented.
Representatives from relevant ministries, skills development agencies, companies, and business organizations, as well as top trainers from the ASEAN Member States, are invited to attend the Summit.
