INTERNATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS

The sessions in videoconference format will present best worldwide practices in technology and skills development on promising skills. A plan for international skills development activities in 2024 will be formed. During the sessions, international skills and technology specifications will be reviewed, taking into account the best worldwide practices and employers' requirements to personnel qualifications, and mechanisms for practical skills assessment of specialists within various skills will be proposed.

The proposed international specifications will serve as a basis for the development of competitive documentation and organization of the BRICS Future Skills & Tech Challenge 2024, which will be held from April to October 2024 in on-site and distributed format, with the participation of BRICS+ countries representatives.

Session participants: representatives of corporations, technology companies, educational institutions, technology and software manufacturers, international level equipment manufacturers

BRICS FUTURE SKILLS & TECH CHALLENGE 2024

We invite you to take part in the competition in the following categories: New and Promising Markets, Digital Economy, New Production Facilities. Participants’ age: 18 to 49.

On-site format

1. Competition participants perform tasks at the Competition venue.
2. The participants' sites are built and equipped in accordance with the infrastructure list and site layout.
3. The test projects are assessed in person by the assessment team, with the possibility of engaging experts remotely.
