The sessions will present the world's best practices in technology development and perspective skills. An international skills development plan will be developed in 2025. During the sessions, Hi-Tech Skill Standards will be reviewed, taking into account the best international practices and employers' requirements for staff qualifications, and mechanisms for practical assessment of specialists' skills will be proposed.

The proposed Hi-Tech Skill Standards will become the basis for the development of skills competition documentation and the International Hi-Tech Future Skills Competition, which will be held from November 10 to 14, 2025 in a face-to-face and distributed format with the participation of representatives of the BRICS+ countries.
