The Business Process Automation training program consists of several courses and is designed for a step-by-step study of the 1C:Enterprise platform to prepare a specialist in the field of business automation.

Business Process Automation (BPA) specialists are involved in the entire lifecycle of automation, from identifying suitable processes to implementing and maintaining the solutions. They possess a broad skillset encompassing knowledge of standard business process automation systems and their implementation methods. Additionally, they have the capability to develop new software modules and integrate them seamlessly with existing systems. Providing ongoing maintenance and user support ensures the smooth operation of these automated processes.

During the first part of the program, you will become familiar with the architecture of the 1C:Enterprise platform, and learn how to create business applications for the web, desktop, and mobile devices. As you progress, you will build your own app capable of handling common business tasks.

In the second part of the program, you will study the automation of typical business processes using the standard 1C:AccountingSuite solution, and learn how to customize this solution according to the Customer’s requirements and integrate it into the company’s existing IT infrastructure.

During the training, participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts from different countries and implement the best international practices in their educational programs.

FORMAT: DISTRIBUTED LEARNING

PARTICIPANTS: ASEAN Member State Trainers (teachers, experts and mentors) delivering Digital Skills Training Programs. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Based on successful completion of the educational program, participants will be awarded international certificates and granted admission to independent certification.

The course runs in two parts:

Part 1 (April – June 2025): Includes Basic Modules:

1C:Enterprise Platform. First Step: Basic concepts of the 1C:Enterprise platform; Developing your first 1C application

Junior Developer Training Course: The basics of coding; Metadata objects of the 1C:Enterprise platform; Queries and reports; Interface customization; Practice tasks

Part 2 (July – September 2025): Includes Modules:

Accounting Suite Solution: Solution overview, key subsystems; Procurement, sales, goods; Warehouse subsystem; Customization of a standard solution; Test project

Final Assessment (June, November 2025): During assessment participants complete a final test to obtain certification.
